Leather Luster - for Brilliant Leathers...Made in the USA Leather Luster, Inc was founded by Paul Paquet in the state of New York. Paul Paquet was a NY State Trooper and spend a considerable amount of time having to repeatedly polish his gun belt and boots. He decided there must be a better way to do this without so much time and effort. Thus, in the fall of 1965 Trooper Paquet developed Leather Luster. Over the past 60+ years, Leather Luster has gone from an idea to supplying law enforcement, fire and rescue personnel, professional sports officials as well as military personnel around the world.
